Fire vs. Ice DoD

Greetings all. This month's theme for DoD was Fire vs. Ice (fire themed and ice themed songs), in which I decided to make an arrangement of two songs from Secret of Mana - "Eight Ringing Bells" and "A Wish". I'm very happy with how my arrangement turned out (it has live drums, among other live tracks from Zoast!), and I've already finished the final mix, so download away in the Covers section.

Like I said in my last update, I've got a lot of projects lined up and a lot of free time this summer, so expect a lot more music from me in the near future. This DoD was exactly the motivation I needed to start pumping out the tunes.

Long Since an Update

It's been a while since an update! I've been working on miscellaneous projects the past few months. I've got a lot of projects planned with some friends, along with some songs I'm working on now. Definitely will have a DoD entry this month.

If you check the Covers section, I've added the songs to keep my VG cover chronology up to date. Those songs are Sorcerian - Village, Cybernator - Asteroid Blaster, and Lufia II - Battle 2. Slowly, but surely, I'll come to finish WIPs I have and be able to post a lot more music soon. Be on the lookout for that, and check out this month's DoD. Peace.

MAGFest and the Chrono DoD

Greetings all. Been a while since I've updated the site, but I have just returned from MAGFest. We all had a fantastic time there, and got to see a lot of great bands: Arm Cannon, The Parasprinter, Power Glove, Temp Sound Solutions, Sprite Slowdown, Year 200X, NESkimos, and The Smash Bros.

There was also a DoD listening party for this month's entries of the Chrono series. My entry was "Crossin' Time", an 11-minute medley of assorted Chrono Trigger songs. I wanted it to be longer, but with all the things I've had going this month, unfortunately I couldn't finish it.

Lately I've been studying new mixing techniques and have been working on my setup, so most of the time I put into this song went to the mixing work. I would appreciate any feedback on it, so please drop me a line if you have any suggestions. The Covers page has been updated with the song, so grab it there, or just click here.

Also, congrats to my good buddy, SnappleMan, for taking the gold this month. He really deserved it.

The Sega DoD

First update since I pretty much got the site up and running, but I just entered in this month's DoD: sega theme. I knew I had to rock TMNT Hyperstone Heist because there are such rockin' tunes waiting for coverage.

It got third place, and I blame that mainly on the fact that I did it in a day and a half right before the deadline. For now, you can hear a WIP (the DoD version) in the Covers section.

I've decided on working on a solo project, and I'll be announcing it, as soon as I develop a small site for it. Consider this as a large addition to the site; details later...I'm working on a couple collabs right now, but prepare for my most fierce DoD yet.

Is this thing on?

Ok, lots of updates to speak for. The arrangement section is near complete. Added "About Me", "Gear", and "Link" sections. Also, if you haven't noticed the Mailing List, I use it for updates and such. If you want e-mail reminders about song releases and what-not, please take a moment to join the list.

Lots of mp3s available for download now. I have Google Pages maxed at 99/100mB!

First Update!

All right, this is finally up. I'm going to use the site for music/personal use. After hacking away at most of the dirty work (you suck, CSS! (but on the other hand, I suck too)).

Yeah, I'm a total HTML/CSS n00b, so please bear with the site if it's still riddled with errors. In the meantime, time to upload more of these songs! If you haven't already checked it, have a look at the VG cover section. I've decided to release some of my older, un-released songs.

Oh, and special thanks goes to spamtron and Mr. MAGFest for the assistance.
